A beautiful big house with all the comfort located in a natural setting at the edge of the forest and fields of lavender. Secluded but close to all amenities! Property of 3. 800 m² with trees and closed with magnificent views, last house of a private road: tranquility and calm are assured.
The central situation of this villa allows to radiate in the area to visit the superb surrounding villages:
- Dieulefit - The Poët-Laval - Grignan - The Gorges de l'Ardêche
- The Adhémar Guard - Crest - Nyons
The house has recently been redecorated with new furniture (quality bedding). Renovated pool beach, electric pool cover.
The building of recent construction is +/- 280 m² and includes 7 separate bedrooms, 3 with private WC and bathroom for 15 people maximum. 1 bathroom and a shower room complete all, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets.
Good insulation of buildings and the situation slightly in altitude ensures a relatively pleasant interior temperature in other homes or villages.
The swimming pool 9m x 4m, the garden and the whole property is at the disposal of the tenants. WIFI, Babyfoot Barbecue, deckchairs, table tennis, boules, badminton net, games and DVD, everything is planned to spend a pleasant holiday for adults and children.
Many walks on foot or by bike are possible from the house.
Also golf lovers will be spoiled with proximity to 2 golf courses including the International Golf La Valdaine.
